Therapy

I have clinical training in providing LGBTQIA+ therapy services. Everyone who walks through my door will be respected with full dignity in honoring their identity.

EMDR is a wonderful modality to process trauma, and how to better understand your emotions.

I am working towards being certified in providing a specific type of therapy called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). DBT is geared towards those diagnosed with BPD, but can be transferable to learning to live a life worth living.

It’s 2026 - I’d be worried if you didn’t have anxiety or depression. Through our work together, we will identify what is causing your anxiety and depression, and work towards developing coping skill.
Assessments
I provide two types of assessments:

I provide clinical assessments for ESAs and can write the letters you give to your landlord. This can come with a stand-alone appointment, or if you are an ongoing client.

I provide in-depth clinical assessments to provide an accurate ADHD diagnosis. This can occur as stand-alone service or as an ongoing service added to your therapy sessions.

Care
I provide the service of writing your gender-affirming care letter at no extra cost to you. You have a human right to be who you are, and the barrier of a letter should not come at an extra cost.
